Cancellation Policy
Sessions will begin promptly. If you are running late, please give a notice. Appointments running over 15 minutes late will be charged and are subject to rescheduling. There will be no refunds for no shows or late appointments. You are able to cancel up to 24 hours prior to booking. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please follow up with us to discuss future payments/sessions. Travel within 20 miles of Atlanta city limits for any service is completely free of charge. A mileage fee ($0.50/mile both ways) will be charged for locations outside of the 20-mile radius of Atlanta, GA 30303 for ANY SERVICE. Travel fees apply for all events related to content creation booking, social media management, and training and will be reflected in the final invoice. Travel fees will only be applicable once per contract, regardless of number of creators booked.
