Cancellation Policy
Consultation required prior to booking. Events must have suitable conditions (access to bathrooms, parking, rain plan) for creator. No illegal substances or activity can be present at event to book. If they are after the time of booking, we will cancel the booking with no refund. Cancellations available up to 30 days prior to event. Travel within 20 miles of Atlanta city limits for any service is completely free of charge. A mileage fee ($0.50/mile both ways) will be charged for locations outside of the 20-mile radius of Atlanta, GA 30303 for ANY SERVICE. Travel fees apply for all events related to content creation booking, social media management, and training and will be reflected in the final invoice. Travel fees will only be applicable once per contract, regardless of number of creators booked.
